						<section><p>No fees shall be charged for the services of any appointee under this chapter unless such services are special, unusual or noncommercial and rendered by agreement with or at the request of the person served.
		In the event services be rendered by agreement with or at the request of the <span class="dictionary">party</span> served such fees may be charged as the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> may deem proper. All fees and moneys collected or received pursuant hereto shall be paid into the state treasury to be there maintained in the <span class="dictionary">Weights and Measures</span> Fund (&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Weights and Measures Fund established; purpose" href="/3.2-5628/">3.2-5628</a>) for the administration and carrying out of the provisions of this chapter.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 3-708.13; 1962, c. 298; 1966, c. 702, &#xA7; 3.1-931; 2008, c. 860.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
