						<section><p>Each <span class="dictionary">service technician</span> applying for a certification or renewal of certification shall pay annually a certification fee of $25. All fees collected pursuant to this section shall be deposited in the state treasury and credited to the Weights and Measures Fund established by &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Weights and Measures Fund established; purpose" href="/3.2-5628/">3.2-5628</a>.</p></section></text><history>1992, c. 242, &#xA7; 3.1-969.9; 2008, c. 860.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
