						<section><p>Any service agency engaged in the sale of any weights or measures shall sell only weights or measures that have received a <span class="dictionary">Certificate of Conformance</span>. Any service agency or <span class="dictionary">service technician</span> engaged in the adjustment, installation, placing in service, recommending for use, repair, or servicing of any <span class="dictionary">weight or measure</span> shall do so in a manner so as to ensure the continued validity of the <span class="dictionary">Certificate of Conformance</span>.</p></section></text><history>1992, c. 242, &#xA7; 3.1-969.11; 2008, c. 860.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
