						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> shall employ and direct at least two licensed veterinary technicians, each of whom shall be known as the State <span class="dictionary">Animal</span> Welfare Inspector (the Inspector) and shall have the duty to carry out the tasks assigned to him pursuant to Chapter 65 (&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Definitions" href="/3.2-6500/">3.2-6500</a> et seq.). The Inspector shall have the power to carry out the <span class="dictionary">laws</span> of the Commonwealth and the regulations of the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> and the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span>.</p></section></text><history>2020, c. 1284.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
