						<section><p>All condemned cattle shall be appraised at their fair cash value by three persons, one of whom shall be appointed by the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> or <span class="dictionary">State Veterinarian</span> or his representative, one by the owner, and the third by the two thus selected.
