						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> shall revoke a <span class="dictionary">certificate</span> of public need for:</p></section>
						<section id="1"><p><span class="prefix-number">1.</span> Failure to comply with the requirements of subsection A of &#xA7; <a class="law" title="Conditions of certificates; monitoring; revocation of certificates; civil penalties" href="/32.1-102.4/">32.1-102.4</a> regarding <span class="dictionary">schedules</span> for completion of a <span class="dictionary">project</span> or maximum capital expenditures for a <span class="dictionary">project</span>; or <a id="paragraph-266005" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/32.1-102.6_1/#1"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
