						<section><p>On <span class="dictionary">petition</span> of the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span>, the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> or the <span class="dictionary">Attorney General</span>, the <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> <span class="dictionary">court</span> of the county or city where a <span class="dictionary">project</span> is under construction or is intended to be constructed, located, or undertaken shall have <span class="dictionary">jurisdiction</span> to enjoin any <span class="dictionary">project</span> that is constructed, undertaken, or commenced without a <span class="dictionary">certificate</span> or registration required by this article or to enjoin the admission of patients to the <span class="dictionary">project</span> or to enjoin the provision of services through the <span class="dictionary">project</span>.</p></section></text><history>1982, c. 388; 2020, c. 1271.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
