						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">judge</span> of the <span class="dictionary">court</span> to which any <span class="dictionary">appeal</span> is taken as provided in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Administrative procedures" href="/32.1-102.6/">32.1-102.6</a> and the <span class="dictionary">judge</span> of the <span class="dictionary">court</span> referred to in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Enjoining project undertaken without certificate or registration" href="/32.1-102.8/">32.1-102.8</a> shall be designated by the Chief Justice of the Supreme <span class="dictionary">Court</span> from a <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> other than the <span class="dictionary">circuit</span> where the <span class="dictionary">project</span> is or will be under construction, located or undertaken.</p></section></text><history>1982, c. 388; 1984, c. 740.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
