						<section><p>Any <span class="dictionary">hospital</span> or <span class="dictionary">nursing home</span> that has not paid civil penalties assessed for failing to report pursuant to &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Hospitals, other health care institutions, home health and hospice organizations, and assisted living facilities required to report disciplinary actions against and certain disorders of health professionals; immunity from liability; failure to report" href="/54.1-2400.6/">54.1-2400.6</a> shall not be issued a license or certification or a renewal of such.</p></section></text><history>2003, cc. 753, 762; 2004, c. 64.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
