						<section><p>Whenever a podiatrist or certified nurse midwife licensed as an advanced practice registered nurse makes application to any <span class="dictionary">hospital</span> for clinical <span class="dictionary">privileges</span>, the <span class="dictionary">hospital</span> shall either approve or disapprove the application within 120 calendar days after it has received all necessary information to make a determination as provided in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Clinical privileges for certain practitioners" href="/32.1-134.2/">32.1-134.2</a> from the practitioner.</p></section></text><history>1981, c. 166; 1992, c. 452; 2023, c. 183.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
