						<section><p>If in the administration of this article a question concerning compliance with standards of practice governing any health care profession arises pursuant to Subtitle III (&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="General powers and duties of health regulatory boards" href="/54.1-2400/">54.1-2400</a> et seq.) of Title 54.1, the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> or his designee shall consult with the appropriate health regulatory <span class="dictionary">board</span> within the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> of Health Professions.</p></section></text><history>1998, c. 129.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
