						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> The <span class="dictionary">Board</span> is authorized to adopt regulations and <span class="dictionary">schedules</span> for fees to be charged for processing applications for licenses to operate <span class="dictionary">Centers</span>. <a id="paragraph-239449" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/32.1-162.15_1.3/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
						<section id="B"><p><span class="prefix-number">B.</span> All fees received under the provisions of this article shall be paid into a special nonreverting fund of the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> and are appropriated to the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> solely for the operation of the <span class="dictionary">Center</span> licensure and inspection program.
