						<section><p>No electric utility shall disconnect electrical service to any <span class="dictionary">waterworks</span> holding a permit issued pursuant to this article until the utility has (i) provided sixty days&#x2019; written notice to the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> of its <span class="dictionary">intent</span> to disconnect electrical service to the <span class="dictionary">waterworks</span>; (ii) filed with the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> at least sixty days prior to the disconnection a written request that the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> initiate forfeiture proceedings against any <span class="dictionary">bond</span> posted or funds deposited by the permit holder; and (iii) provided sixty days&#x2019; written notice to the governing body of the county, city or town in which the <span class="dictionary">waterworks</span> is located.</p></section></text><history>1980, c. 402.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
