						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> The <span class="dictionary">Board</span> shall promulgate regulations for the implementation of a program to (i) identify <span class="dictionary">chronically noncompliant waterworks</span> as defined in &#xA7; <a class="law" title="Definitions" href="/32.1-167/">32.1-167</a> and (ii) create mechanisms or enforcement options for eliminating <span class="dictionary">chronically noncompliant waterworks</span>. <a id="paragraph-242607" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/32.1-174.4/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
						<section id="B"><p><span class="prefix-number">B.</span> Out of such funds as may be appropriated, the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> of Health, with the assistance of the Office of the <span class="dictionary">Attorney General</span>, is authorized to enter into <span class="dictionary">contracts</span> for (i) the design of a program for the identification of noncompliant waterworks and (ii) the development of enforcement options to carry out the provisions of this act. <a id="paragraph-242608" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/32.1-174.4/#B"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section></text><history>2007, cc. 648, 774.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
