						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> Upon issuing a notice of violation of any provision of regulation promulgated pursuant to this article to the <span class="dictionary">owner</span> of a <span class="dictionary">waterworks</span> or <span class="dictionary">water supply</span>, the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> shall simultaneously notify the chief administrative officer or his designee of the county, city or town in which such <span class="dictionary">waterworks</span> or <span class="dictionary">water supply</span> is located. <a id="paragraph-285695" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/32.1-175.1/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
						<section id="B"><p><span class="prefix-number">B.</span> Spotsylvania County is authorized to enact an <span class="dictionary">ordinance</span> requiring the <span class="dictionary">owner</span> of any <span class="dictionary">waterworks</span> or <span class="dictionary">water supply</span> located in the county to provide the chief administrative officer of the county with the results of all tests performed on such <span class="dictionary">waterworks</span> or <span class="dictionary">water supply</span>. <a id="paragraph-285696" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/32.1-175.1/#B"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section></text><history>1987, c. 400.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
