						<section><p>No <span class="dictionary">person</span> shall use in the making, remaking, reupholstering or renovating of any <span class="dictionary">bedding</span> or <span class="dictionary">upholstered furniture</span> any <span class="dictionary">new</span> animal hair, <span class="dictionary">new</span> feathers or <span class="dictionary">new</span> down unless such <span class="dictionary">new</span> animal hair, <span class="dictionary">new</span> feathers or <span class="dictionary">new</span> down shall have been sterilized by a reasonable process approved by the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span>.</p></section></text><history>1979, c. 711.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
