						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> The <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> may employ such personnel as are necessary for the proper performance of his duties as executive officer of the <span class="dictionary">Board</span>. <a id="paragraph-262729" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/32.1-22/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
