						<section><p>Any <span class="dictionary">person</span> shipping or delivering <span class="dictionary">filling material</span>, however contained, shall have conspicuously attached thereto a tag upon which shall be stamped or printed, as provided in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Tags required" href="/32.1-219/">32.1-219</a> or as provided by the regulations of the <span class="dictionary">Board</span>, the kind of material, whether the material is <span class="dictionary">new</span> or <span class="dictionary">secondhand</span>, the name, address and registration number of the manufacturer or <span class="dictionary">importer</span> and the permit number of the <span class="dictionary">person</span> who sterilized or sanitized such material.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 32-122.1; 1956, c. 530; 1979, c. 711.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
