						<section><p>Any <span class="dictionary">person</span> who engages or otherwise uses the radon screening, testing, or mitigation services of a <span class="dictionary">person</span> misrepresenting his proficiency listing to conduct such services as described in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Companies listed as proficient to perform radon screening, testing, or mitigation; compliance" href="/32.1-229.01/">32.1-229.01</a> may bring an action to recover the greater of (i) actual <span class="dictionary">damages</span> sustained, together with costs and reasonable attorneys&#x2019; fees, or (ii) $100.</p></section></text><history>1993, c. 765.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
