						<section><p>Any <span class="dictionary">person</span> who willfully violates or refuses, fails, or neglects to comply with any regulation or <span class="dictionary">order</span> of the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> or the Director promulgated pursuant to &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Disclosure or use of information for purpose not connected with medical assistance program; Department not subject to certain disclosure" href="/32.1-325.3/">32.1-325.3</a> shall be guilty of a Class 1 <span class="dictionary">misdemeanor</span>.</p></section></text><history>1989, c. 67.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
