						<section><p>The Director of Medical Assistance Services is authorized, subject to the state plan provided for in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Board to submit plan for medical assistance services to U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services pursuant to federal law; administration of plan; contracts with health care providers" href="/32.1-325/">32.1-325</a> and any other regulations of the <span class="dictionary">Board</span>, to make payments to or on behalf of eligible <span class="dictionary">persons</span> in state-owned mental hospitals, nursing or geriatric units or other state-owned medical facilities.</p></section></text><history>1984, c. 781.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
