						<section><p>The failure of any physician, nurse or midwife to comply with the provisions of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Prenatal tests required" href="/32.1-60/">32.1-60</a>, &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Procedure upon infant's birth" href="/32.1-62/">32.1-62</a> or &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Certain newborn screening required" href="/32.1-65/">32.1-65</a> shall, in addition to any other <span class="dictionary">penalty</span> prescribed by <span class="dictionary">law</span>, constitute grounds for <span class="dictionary">revocation</span> of the license or permit of such physician, nurse or midwife by the <span class="dictionary">board</span> issuing such license or permit.</p></section></text><history>1979, c. 711.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
