						<section><p>All moneys received by the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner of Highways</span> under the provisions of this article shall be paid by him into the state treasury, except as provided in &#xA7;&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Signs or advertising on rocks, poles, etc., within limits of highway; civil penalty" href="/33.2-1224/">33.2-1224</a> and <a class="law" title="Penalties for violation" href="/33.2-1229/">33.2-1229</a>, and allocated to the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> for use in the regulation and control of outdoor advertising and landscaping of highways.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 33-322; 1964, c. 619; 1970, c. 322, &#xA7; 33.1-376; 2014, c. 805.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
