						<section><p>Whenever the <span class="dictionary">Board</span> or the <span class="dictionary">Department</span> decides to sell or otherwise dispose of any surplus real property, the <span class="dictionary">Commissioner of Highways</span> shall provide written notice of such decision to the mayor or chairman of the governing body of the locality in which the property or any portion thereof is located.
