						<section><p>In the case of a proposed <span class="dictionary">abandonment</span> of a road not part of the primary or secondary state <span class="dictionary">highway</span> system, the governing body shall give at least 30 days&#x2019; notice of its intention to do so by posting notice at the front door of the courthouse, by posting notices on at least three places along and visible from the road proposed to be abandoned, and by publishing notice in at least two <span class="dictionary">issues</span> in a newspaper having general circulation in the county.
