						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Department</span> shall have printed from time to time and keep available in pamphlet form all <span class="dictionary">Code provisions</span>. Such pamphlets shall be furnished upon request to members of the public. A true copy of all such provisions adopted and in force shall be kept in the office of the <span class="dictionary">Department</span>, accessible to the public. The <span class="dictionary">Department</span> may charge a reasonable fee for distribution of the <span class="dictionary">Building Code</span> based on production and distribution costs.</p></section></text><history>1972, c. 829; 1974, c. 298; 1977, c. 613.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
