						<section><p>In considering the <span class="dictionary">damages</span> to be allowed under &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Eminent domain" href="/36-27/">36-27</a> for property located in the <span class="dictionary">City</span> of Waynesboro, the <span class="dictionary">court</span> shall instruct the commissioners that <span class="dictionary">damages</span> shall be allowable for injury to leasehold interests in property adjoining, and operated jointly with, the land being condemned.</p></section></text><history>1966, c. 383; 1975, c. 575.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
