						<section><p>A <span class="dictionary">conservation area</span> as defined in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Definitions" href="/36-3/">36-3</a> may be created by an <span class="dictionary">authority</span> as provided in this chapter and a conservation plan may be adopted to provide for the conservation, rehabilitation, and revitalization of such <span class="dictionary">conservation area</span>. The conservation plan shall (i) outline specific boundaries for the <span class="dictionary">conservation area</span>, (ii) be adopted in accordance with &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Adoption of Conservation Plans" href="/36-49.1/">36-49.1</a>, and (iii) satisfy the requirements as set forth in &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Requirements for &quot;conservation plan&quot; generally" href="/36-51.1/">36-51.1</a>.</p></section></text><history>1964, c. 378; 1978, c. 360; 2006, c. 784.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
