						<section><p>Any <span class="dictionary">city</span>, <span class="dictionary">town</span> or <span class="dictionary">county</span> located in whole or in part within the <span class="dictionary">area of operation</span> of a <span class="dictionary">housing authority</span> shall have the power from time to time to lend or donate money to such authority to enable or assist such authority to carry out its purposes or to agree to take such action, and may <span class="dictionary">issue</span> <span class="dictionary"><span class="dictionary">bonds</span></span> to provide funds therefor.</p></section></text><history>1938, p. 458; Michie Code 1942, &#xA7; 3145(22); 1983, c. 68.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
