						<section><p><span class="dictionary">Manufactured homes</span> shall be <span class="dictionary">set-up</span> in accordance with the <span class="dictionary">Code</span>.
		In the event that a <span class="dictionary">manufactured home</span> is insured against damage caused by windstorm and subsequently <span class="dictionary">sustains</span> windstorm damage of a nature that indicated the <span class="dictionary">manufactured home</span> was not <span class="dictionary">set-up</span> in the manner required by this section, the insurer issuing the homeowner&#x2019;s insurance policy on the <span class="dictionary">manufactured home</span> shall not be relieved from meeting the obligations specified in the insurance policy with respect to such damage on the basis that the <span class="dictionary">manufactured home</span> was not properly <span class="dictionary">set-up</span>.</p></section></text><history>1991, c. 555; 1992, c. 223.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
