						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> The <span class="dictionary">Board</span> of Housing and Community Development shall incorporate, as part of the <span class="dictionary">Building Code</span>, regulations adopted and promulgated by the State Water Control <span class="dictionary">Board</span> governing the installation, repair, upgrade and closure of underground and aboveground storage tanks. <a id="paragraph-268059" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/36-99.6/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
