						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Commissioner</span> may receive gifts, bequests, and endowments to or for <span class="dictionary">state</span> facilities in their names or to or for any <span class="dictionary">individual receiving services</span> in <span class="dictionary">state</span> facilities.
