						<section><p>The definition of any class of <span class="dictionary">insurance</span> enumerated in this article shall include <span class="dictionary">insurance</span> against other loss, damage or liability of the same general nature or character, or of a similar kind, if the <span class="dictionary">insurance</span> may reasonably and properly be included in the definition and is not specifically included in the definition of some other class of <span class="dictionary">insurance</span>.</p></section></text><history>1952, c. 317, &#xA7; 38.1-24; 1986, c. 562.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
