						<section><p>No <span class="dictionary">person</span> shall willfully withhold information from or knowingly give false or misleading information to (i) the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span>, (ii) any statistical agency designated by the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span>, (iii) any <span class="dictionary">rate service organization</span> or (iv) any <span class="dictionary">insurer</span>, if that information will affect the <span class="dictionary"><span class="dictionary">rates</span></span> or premiums subject to this chapter.</p></section></text><history>1973, c. 504, &#xA7; 38.1-279.55; 1986, c. 562.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
