						<section><p>No policy of <span class="dictionary">insurance</span> furnishing personal injury liability or property damage liability coverage as defined in &#xA7;&#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Personal injury liability" href="/38.2-117/">38.2-117</a> and <a class="law" title="Property damage liability" href="/38.2-118/">38.2-118</a>, including any endorsements thereto, shall be deemed to exclude coverage for the discharge, dispersal, seepage, migration, release, emission, leakage or escape of carbon monoxide from a residential or commercial heating system unless excluded in such policy by explicit reference thereto.</p></section></text><history>1997, c. 157.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
