						<section><p>Notwithstanding the provisions of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="Provisions limiting jurisdiction, or requiring construction of contracts by law of other states, prohibited" href="/38.2-312/">38.2-312</a>, no <span class="dictionary">home protection company</span> based in this Commonwealth shall be prohibited from including in its <span class="dictionary">contract</span> a provision that requires the <span class="dictionary">contract</span> holder to submit to binding arbitration any dispute between the <span class="dictionary">contract</span> holder and the <span class="dictionary">home protection company</span>.</p></section></text><history>2003, c. 799.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
