						<section><p>Any <span class="dictionary">person</span> having an insurable interest in real property and tangible personal property at a fixed location in this Commonwealth is entitled, upon request, to an inspection of the property by representatives of the <span class="dictionary">residual market facility</span> to determine whether the property is within the definition of <span class="dictionary">qualified property</span>.
