						<section><p>Any <span class="dictionary">insurer</span>, applicant or other <span class="dictionary">person</span> aggrieved by any action or decision of the <span class="dictionary">association</span> or of any <span class="dictionary">insurer</span> as a result of its participation in the <span class="dictionary">association</span>, may <span class="dictionary">appeal</span> to the board of directors of the <span class="dictionary">association</span>. The decision of the board of directors may be appealed to the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> within thirty days from the date the aggrieved <span class="dictionary">person</span> received notice of the board&#x2019;s action.</p></section></text><history>1976, c. 85, &#xA7; 38.1-783; 1986, c. 562.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
