						<section><p>The <span class="dictionary">Association</span> shall file an annual statement with the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> within three months of the close of each fiscal year. The annual statement shall contain information on its transactions, conditions, operations and affairs during the preceding fiscal year. The form and content of the annual statement shall be subject to the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span>&#x2019;s approval. The <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> may at any time require the <span class="dictionary">Association</span> to furnish additional information on its transactions, condition or any matter connected with the <span class="dictionary">Association</span> considered to be <span class="dictionary">material</span> and of assistance in evaluating the scope, operation and experience of the <span class="dictionary">Association</span>.</p></section></text><history>1988, cc. 769, 783.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
