						<section><p>Except in the case of nonassessable policies, the contingent liability of each member of a mutual <span class="dictionary">insurer</span>, other than a life <span class="dictionary">insurer</span>, shall be clearly stated in the mutual <span class="dictionary">insurer</span>&#x2019;s policies.
