						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> No <span class="dictionary">person</span> shall knowingly secure, attempt to secure or cause to be secured a life <span class="dictionary">insurance</span> policy on any <span class="dictionary">person</span> who is not in an insurable condition by means of misrepresentations or false or fraudulent statements. <a id="paragraph-283466" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/38.2-3103/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
