						<section><p>If any breach of warranty or condition in any <span class="dictionary">insurance</span> <span class="dictionary">contract</span> covering property located in this Commonwealth occurs prior to a loss under the <span class="dictionary">contract</span>, the breach shall not void the <span class="dictionary">contract</span> nor permit the <span class="dictionary">insurer</span> to avoid liability unless the breach existed at the time of the loss.</p></section></text><history>Code 1950, &#xA7; 38-8; 1952, c. 317, &#xA7; 38.1-342; 1986, c. 562.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
