						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> Any <span class="dictionary">insurance</span> policy or <span class="dictionary">form</span> containing any condition or provision that is not in compliance with this title shall be valid, but shall be construed and applied in accordance with the conditions and provisions required by this title. <a id="paragraph-236260" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/38.2-318/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
