						<section><p>Any <span class="dictionary">contract</span> that does not provide cash surrender benefits or does not provide death benefits at least equal to the minimum nonforfeiture amount before the beginning of any annuity payments shall include a statement in a prominent place in the <span class="dictionary">contract</span> that those benefits are not provided.</p></section></text><history>1979, c. 437, &#xA7; 38.1-470.1; 1986, c. 562.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
