						<section><p>If any provision of this article is inapplicable to or inconsistent with the coverage provided by a particular form of policy, the <span class="dictionary">insurer</span>, with the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span>&#x2019;s approval, shall omit or modify the inapplicable or inconsistent provision to make that provision consistent with the coverage provided by the policy.</p></section></text><history>1952, c. 317, &#xA7; 38.1-351; 1986, c. 562.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
