						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> Any participating hospital, <span class="dictionary">person</span>, <span class="dictionary">nonstock corporation</span> or physician may resign from a <span class="dictionary">plan</span> at any time but will continue to be liable on each <span class="dictionary">subscription contract</span> then in effect. However, this liability shall not extend beyond the end of each such <span class="dictionary">subscription contract</span>&#x2019;s current contract year. <a id="paragraph-238309" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/38.2-4211/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
