						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> The governing body of any <span class="dictionary">health maintenance organization</span> may include <span class="dictionary">providers</span> of <span class="dictionary">health care services</span>, other individuals, or both, but in no event shall any class of <span class="dictionary">health care provider</span> be excluded from eligibility for membership on the governing body of any <span class="dictionary">health maintenance organization</span>. <a id="paragraph-246891" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/38.2-4304/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
