						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> Each <span class="dictionary">health maintenance organization</span> licensed under this chapter shall renew its license with the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> annually by July 1. The renewal license shall not be issued until the <span class="dictionary">health maintenance organization</span> has paid all fees and charges imposed on it and has complied with all other requirements of <span class="dictionary">law</span>. <a id="paragraph-303320" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/38.2-4318/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
						<section id="B"><p><span class="prefix-number">B.</span> The <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> shall not fail or refuse to renew the license of any <span class="dictionary">health maintenance organization</span> without first giving the <span class="dictionary">health maintenance organization</span> ten days&#x2019; notice of its intention not to renew the license and giving it an opportunity to be heard and to introduce <span class="dictionary">evidence</span> on its behalf. Any such <span class="dictionary">hearing</span> may be informal.
