						<section id="A"><p><span class="prefix-number">A.</span> No <span class="dictionary">person</span> shall sell, solicit, or negotiate the sale of an annuity, a life <span class="dictionary">insurance policy</span> or an accident and sickness <span class="dictionary">insurance policy</span> without furnishing the disclosure information required by any rules and regulations of the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span>. <a id="paragraph-303978" class="section-permalink" href="https://vacode.org/38.2-514/#A"><i class="fa fa-link"/></a></p></section>
