						<section><p>If, after a <span class="dictionary">hearing</span>, the <span class="dictionary">Commission</span> finds that there has been a violation of &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="When domestic insurer may hold stock of another insurer" href="/38.2-700/">38.2-700</a> or &#xA7;&#xA0;<a class="law" title="When director of a domestic insurer may be a director of another insurer" href="/38.2-701/">38.2-701</a>, it may <span class="dictionary">issue</span> an <span class="dictionary">order</span> reciting its <span class="dictionary">findings</span> and directing the <span class="dictionary">insurer</span> or director to cease and desist from the violation.</p></section></text><history>1952, c. 317, &#xA7; 38.1-61; 1986, c. 562.</history><metadata></metadata></law>
